With the recent announcement of the imminent demise of The Dandy, in print form at least, the British newspapers have come over a bit nostalgic about the British comics industry, which mostly died out several decades ago. The one about girls' comics in The Guardian is nice, though, and appears to be by someone who actually read the classic IPC triumvirate of Misty, Tammy, and Jinty.
